وعد رئيس شركة نادي غزل المحلة أسامة خليل، بمكافآت خاصة للفريق حال الفوز على الأهلي في المباراة القادمة بالدوري المصري.
الأهلي يواجه غزل المحلة، يوم الأربعاء الموافق 7 من شهر ديسمبر الجاري، في إطار منافسات الجولة السادسة من عمر بطولة الدوري الممتاز.
وجاء ذلك في جلسة عقدها رئيس شركة الكرة مع لاعبي غزل المحلة والجهاز الفني اليوم، مؤكداً علي دعمه المطلق للجهاز الفني واللاعبين، ومساندة مجلس الإدارة؛ من أجل تحقيق مركز متقدم بنهاية الموسم.
وأضاف: “مكافآت الفوز على الأهلي تأتي بسبب أننا في حالة الانتصار سنتصدر بطولة الدوري المصري”.
واستمع رئيس النادي إلى كباتن الفريق الذين شكروا الإدارة أنها استطاعت الحفاظ على الجهاز الفني، واعدين بأنهم سيبذلون قصارى جهدهم من أجل وضع الفريق في المكانة التي يستحقها.

وأشاد خليل بالروح التي ظهر عليها الفريق في المباريات الأربع الأولى التي خاضها في مسابقة الدوري، والتي أسفرت عن فوز الفريق في 3 منها، والتعادل في مباراة، ووجود الفريق في المركز الثاني في جدول المسابقة.
شهد اللقاء حضور عمر رياض، المدير التنفيذي للنادي وصابر عيد المدير الرياضي، والدكتور محمد سافوح المدير المالي للشركة.

Não é só isso. O ano de 2018 parece que tem tudo para render frutos para o camisa 7. Atuando no meio de campo, revezando função com Lucas Paquetá, Ribeiro está mais a vontade e pronto para realizar o seu grande sonho: ser campeão no Rubro-Negro.
E o sonho de defender o Flamengo foi o diferencial para o meia escolher o Rio de Janeiro. Com propostas de clubes como Palmeiras e Cruzeiro, ele preferiu o Flamengo e a Cidade Maravilhosa. Não se arrepende.
-Já tinha uma conversa, desde 2016, eu também tinha essa vontade de jogar no Flamengo. Quando apareceram os outros clubes, eu já estava apalavrado e acho que estava tudo certo, então não tinha porque mudar. A minha vontade de jogar aqui, realizar esse sonho, pesou – revelou.
Não só isso também. Ele acreditou no projeto que o clube ofereceu. Não foi apenas a proximidade da Seleção Brasileira que seduziu o jogador. O Flamengo falou por si só.
-Principal motivo que voltei mesmo foi o projeto do Flamengo. Quando pintou a oportunidade, eu não pensei duas vezes. A Seleção é consequência do que eu fizer em campo. Se a equipe estiver bem, se eu estiver em alto nível, fazendo a equipe jogar. Se vier a convocação, vou ficar muito feliz, com certeza. É uma vontade que tenho de voltar, mas meu objetivo principal agora é fazer um bom trabalho aqui e ser campeão com essa camisa – disse.
Questionado se o clube é o deixa em um patamar mais acima para um futura convocação, ele foi direto:
-Com certeza. Ainda mais num time que move multidões como o Flamengo. É lógico que estamos mais em evidência. Se estiver bem aqui, pode pintar uma convocação – disparou.

PRÉ-TEMPORADA: O DIFERENCIAL PARA NOVA FASE
Apesar de ter jogado somente cinco jogos no ano, Everton Ribeiro está mais solto no Rubro-Negro. No ano passado, realizou 40 partidas e marcou sete gols, mas foi criticado em alguns momentos. A contratação cara aos cofres do Flamengo, virou motivo de insatisfação da torcida. E ele tem a resposta: a pré-temporada. Entre Oriente Médio e Brasil, o meia ficou sem férias por mais de um ano. O corpo pediu arrego.
-O que mais pesou mesmo foi não ter feito uma pré-temporada, ter emendado uma temporada na outra. Foram muitos jogos, queira ou não o corpo acaba pedindo um descanso. Esse ano vem sendo diferente, começando um trabalho desde o início do ano, junto com todo mundo, e essa pré-temporada foi muito bem aproveitada, tem tudo para ser um excelente ano – afirmou, completando em seguida:
-Acho que o ritmo, com poucos jogos você acaba pegando, mas o acúmulo de jogos, o corpo acaba sentindo. É normal. Quem já está acostumado sente, imagina quem vem de outra temporada, onde tem um ritmo mais leve. Foi bom para ter um aprendizado e agora é começar um novo ano.

MUDANÇA DE TREINADOR E DE POSICIONAMENTO
Não foram poucas vezes que Everton Ribeiro foi para o banco de reservas do Flamengo. Em especial com Reinaldo Rueda. O colombiano enxergava Everton como um meia, assim como Diego. Por isso, optava pelo camisa 10 como titular, sem utilizar o camisa 7 na equipe principal.
Já o novo treinador, Paulo César Carpegiani fez testes. E viu que Everton poderia atuar ao lado de Diego. E de Lucas Paquetá. E de Everton. Ele criou um esquema com uma linha de quatro, onde eles revezam posição. Assim, soube aproveitar todas as principais peças no time titular. Entre elas, Everton Ribeiro.
– Não tenho preferência não por posicionamento. Esse ano estou mais centralizado, trocando bastante com o Diego, o Paquetá e o Éverton. Essa questão estamos conseguindo levar, a equipe está bem estruturada – opinou o camisa 7, lembrando a mudança no comando técnico de um ano para o outro:
– Sobre a troca de técnicos, cada um tem um estilo de jogo e precisa de um tempo para adaptar. Isso faltou um pouco no ano passado, conforme vai trocando é um novo trabalho que começa é mais difícil. Espero que agora a gente tenha uma sequência com o Carpegiani, siga um longo caminho juntos para poder aprender o que ele tem a nos ensinar e que dê certo dentro de campo – completou.

GAROTOS DE OURO
O atual elenco do Flamengo é formado por uma mescla de jovens jogadores e atletas mais renomados. E a geração dos garotos criados no clube estão rendendo frutos. Fato que anima Everton Ribeiro. Para ele, atuar ao lado de jovens valores, é fundamental para se formar um time vencedor.
-São garotos que tem muita qualidade, estão conseguindo mostrar no profissional. Já tem alguns, como o Paquetá, o Vinícius Júnior, que já estão consolidados e outros muito bons que estão surgindo também. Esse ano é o ano que eles podem nos ajudar ainda mais e se firmando na equipe principal.

Tempo no Flamengo
Foram bons momentos desde a chegada, a estreia, conviver com essa torcida, este grande clube. Eu estou muito feliz aqui no Flamengo. Tivemos a infelicidade de chegar em duas finais importantes e acabar não conquistando. Agora é focar neste novo ano, um ano que promete, começou muito bem e a gente espera que seja uma grande temporada.
Flamengo quase campeão em 2017 em torneios importantes
Acho que todos os campeonatos são importantes. A gente não pode privilegiar nenhum. Estamos defendendo o Flamengo em várias competições e vamos buscar chegar na maioria delas. É ter muita atenção em todos os jogos. Temos um elenco grande para isso. Para em cada jogo ter o melhor.
Jogador quando quer sai do clube?
Não, acho que não. Vai muito dos dois lados. Enquanto estava lá, tive uma proposta da China, era muito boa pra mim, mas o clube não quis. Tem que valer para os dois e ver o que é melhor para todos.
Principal objetivo para 2018
Buscar o melhor do meu futebol, os títulos que passaram perto. Esse ano temos um grupo ainda mais forte, muita gente subindo, o grupo ainda mais entrosado. Já começamos bem, espero que a gente mantenha durante a temporada.
Como foi a vida no Oriente Médio
Estava bem, adaptado, o pessoal não queria muito que eu saísse. Mas, quando pintou o Flamengo, foi uma oportunidade que eu já tinha tido em 2016, quando estava lá ainda, mas não deu certo. Novamente, abriu essa possibilidade, já tinha dois anos e meio lá e muita vontade de voltar. Deu tudo certo e hoje estou aqui, muito feliz e podendo realizar o sonho de jogar no Flamengo.

De Jong, who previously worked under new United boss Erik ten Hag at Ajax, has been at the Nou Camp since 2019.

Sports Witness relayed an update from Spanish outlet Sport on Saturday regarding the Red Devils and De Jong.
They claimed that the Barcelona star is one of United’s ‘priority targets’ and there ‘will be an offer’ made for his services. Ten Hag’s arrival at Old Trafford ‘could change everything’ due to the pair’s positive relationship, the report adds.
The Verdict: Needed
Midfield reinforcements are required at Old Trafford this summer, especially with Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic set to leave on free transfers.
De Jong is primarily a central midfielder but can also play as a defensive midfielder, and Ten Hag will know just how to get the best out of him.
Financially, a deal could prove difficult due to his huge release clause, however, landing De Jong, who still has plenty of years at the top ahead of him, could be an extremely shrewd move ahead of Ten Hag’s first season in charge.

Blackburn Rovers boss Tony Mowbray has confirmed he has spoken to Leeds chiefs regarding Ian Poveda, The Lancashire Telegraph report.
The Lowdown: Poveda’s return from injury
Poveda, who Victor Orta signed for Leeds back in 2020, made the move to Ewood Park in the summer on a season-long loan deal. However, the 22-year-old has been out of action since November after requiring ankle surgery.

The Latest: Mowbray’s comments
The Lancashire Telegraph relayed comments from Mowbray regarding Poveda on Thursday. The Rovers boss admitted he has ‘spoke to Leeds’ about the possibility of Poveda returning to the club for the Championship run-in.
He also confirmed that Blackburn have continued to pay their contribution to Poveda’s salary and are looking to bring him back next week before Leeds’ trip to Crystal Palace.
The Verdict: Caution needed
Poveda is back in training but hasn’t had any game time, so Leeds, Blackburn and the winger need to be careful over the coming weeks.
It’s easy to see why Rovers want Poveda back at Ewood Park as they seek a playoff place, however, Leeds know the risk of bringing a player back too early from injury.
Patrick Bamford now looks set to miss the rest of the season following his setback, so the club won’t want the same thing to happen for Poveda.
